Novated Lease Management

Novater manages your novated lease account with diligent, security-focused care.

Novater is leaselab’s sister brand and handles lease and account management exclusively. In short, that’s the incomings and outgoings of your novated lease. Novater is a legally separate, security-focused entity that keeps your funds separate and safe from the day-to-day operating of leaselab and protects you from outside liabilities.

What does Novater do?

The Novater team has decades of experience in novated lease accounting, transactional security and the legal requirements surrounding lease management. They love the tiny details, and keep their keen eyes focused on two key things:

1. Security of client funds

Novater holds each client’s funds in a segregated National Australia Bank  (NAB) account to ensure maximum security and watertight legal protection for leaselab clients.  Clients funds are never used for business purposes and will only be used for each client’s own car operating costs. It’s your money, so we make sure it’s treated as such.

2. Diligent management of your lease

Novater monitors and manages each leaselab client’s novated lease account, processing any expenses and ensuring that your invoices are paid on time, without hassle. The Novater team carefully double checks all charges on your account (for example, a recent service you might’ve had) and will notify you if they find anything they suspect may be incorrect. Novater offers transparent, industry leading account reporting that is as close as feasible to real time (accounting for transaction data wait times from third parties) and makes your life easy at tax time. Novater also offers industry leading flexibility, processing reimbursements for any out-of-pocket expenses within 24 hours. Pretty peachy.

So if you have a question about your lease (or just want to hear a friendly voice), give them a call on 1300 888 594. The Novater team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outside those hours, why not flick them a message, or swing by the Novater website for more info.
